We’re quick off the mark! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get your surf gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, just drop us a line.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your gear’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

Not completely stoked with your purchase? No worries – we’ll make it right! Here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in original condition (unused, unworn, with tags still attached)
  • Items must be in original packaging (including any protective packaging like board bags)
  • You must include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earplugs (hygiene reasons)
  • Grip Pads (once removed from packaging)
  • Customized products (like personalized board art)
  • Items marked as “final sale”

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your surf gear:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – we’ll email you return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship it back to us at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size or color? Here’s how:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Include a note specifying what you’d like instead
  3. We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return
  4. If the exchange costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
  5. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your surf gear arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement at no cost
