At Surf Series Store, we want you to be as stoked about your gear as you are about catching the perfect wave. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right – just like adjusting your stance when the swell changes.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unused, unworn, with tags still attached)
  • In original packaging (including any protective packaging like board bags)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earplugs (for obvious hygiene reasons)
  • Grip Pads (once removed from packaging)
  • Customized products (like personalized board art)
  • Items marked as “final sale”

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your surf gear:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – we’ll email you return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship it back to us at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size or color? Here’s how:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Include a note specifying what you’d like instead
  3. We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return
  4. If the exchange costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
  5. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your surf gear arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement at no cost
